Deleting your TODO-ish account
TODO-ish is made by Sound Zone Trade LLC.
Delete it yourself, in the app
Open Settings in TODO-ish and choose Delete account. You will see what will be removed — how many tasks, zones and megabytes of attachments — and you will be asked to type DELETE to confirm.
This takes effect immediately. Nothing is queued for review.
Or ask us to delete it
Write to support@it4music.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. We will delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.
If you signed in with Apple or Google, write from the address that account uses, so we can be sure it is you.
What is deleted
- Your tasks, subtasks, notes and reminders
- Your zones, including ones you own and share with others
- Attachments you uploaded
- Time entries and timer sessions
- Your profile — name, email address and invite code
- The device tokens used to send you notifications
What is kept, and for how long
- Routine backups of the database are kept for 7 days and then removed automatically.
- Earlier versions of uploaded files are removed within 30 days. They exist so that a file deleted by mistake can be recovered.
- Purchase records for subscriptions are held by Apple and Google, not by us, and are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Deleting your TODO-ish account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
Shared zones
If you shared a zone with other people, tasks that they created stay with them. Deleting your account removes your access and your own content, not theirs.
